They should stop Papa Johns manager and the Door Dash Trash who steal pizzas from customers who paid for their hard earned money for meal they paid for and did not receive. They need to hire regular drivers and not Door Dash Trash. Papa John needs to crack down and stop hiring people who don’t care and spit on your honesty. Door Dashers, Ubers, Grub Hub and Lift should not be used for delivery. The store lied and refused to answer my call and I said the Door Dash Trash laughed and bragged, “Ha, ha I ate your pizza.” All places should hire honest drivers and pay them a descent pay wage to stop skimming and scamming honest regular customers. The store manager lied to me and that ruins the place because now the crooks are stealing our meals and this make peoples life dificult and harder to survive because they use your credit or debit card. If people refuse to work than have a judge say, “It’s the US Army or jail” and that never fails.

Literally don’t even bother calling, all you’ll get is a promo reel and not a single real person. I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes now, and all I want is a refund for a pizza that the driver didn’t even bother to deliver. Not a single call or text, and since papa johns now out sources their deliveries to doordash, it’s highly unlikely I’ll get a refund. Waste of money, horrible experience.

Door dash just never delivered my order, no one at papa John’s would or will answer the phone, door dash refused to help and says I have to call the store. Terrible customer service and honestly this is theft. From the looks of the reviews, Papa John’s should drop door dash and provide an email where people can submit for refunds.

Julio was the most incredible delivery person I’ve ever dealt with. He was incredibly nice, polite, respectful, and went out of his way to replace a ranch I had ordered but had not received. I normally order from Pizza Hut or Dominos but Julio has completely convinced me otherwise. If all of Papa Johns staff are as accommodating as he is, then I have officially changed perspective and will recommend Papa John to every and everyone!

They outright steal your food. Ordered and 2 hrs later it said it was delivered by Julie Y of course it wasn’t. Do not order from here it is a scam and the one person I got ahold of only said they couldn’t do anything be warned.

From the start of the phone call, everything was a monotone: Alright, alright, alright. Then, arriving and being told that they could not accept cash in the amount of $100 for a $47 charge, then having the manager inspect the bill tendered and being short-changed by $10. Incompetent! The salad is small and sad. The only reason I was there was to support my children’s school fund-raiser, but I will never return.

Order placed 09.08.22 – Long story short requested a refund for a pizza that was two hours late, cold, and was given multiple stories why it had not arrived. I reached out to corporate which informed me to wait 10 business days for a refund. Here we are, two weeks later, with no response from corporate, and failed attempts with the store. Save your money and order from another company that prides itself in customer service and stands behind its product.
