Been going here since day one. This one is tucked away. However accessibility is extremely easy. Not a lot of parking however well lit. Vrry easy menu to read. Meduim priced. We ave done both pick up and delivery. Service for us has always been great. Large portions and always have leftovers. The follow some safety covid protocols. Delivery or pickup has always been on time. Highly recommended. Good surrounding atmosphere.

If it was possible to put less than 1 star I would. This store has officially made me never order from Papa John’s again. They never answer the store phone just hand up instead. Wait time plan on an hour plus no matter what. No checks for quality and the toppings are never consistent and not made in the Papa John’s way. I worked at Papa John’s before and this is how I know. Undercooked is a good way to explain how your pie arrives and typically cold. I put a complaint forward to cooperate and the store manager was supposed to call, still waiting for the reply. This store needs the entire staff fired including management and start from scratch just like your toppings.

Beware when ordering delivery they have partnered with DoorDash and your pizza will arrive in 3+ hours.Although not the stores fault their big wigs thought that was a good idea but if I order Dominos A DOMINOS EMPLOYEE DELIVERS THE FOOD.Hence why Domino’s is killing Papa John’s. Called to cancel and although the rep was nice he wanted me to call DoorDash to cancel(Like I had a clue it would take this long and a non-Papa John employee would be handling my food) but after some resistance he called DoorDash for me. Thank you for that Papa John employee!! This isn’t your fault but the fault of your company owners who refuse to offer employees better wages and benefits to attract more employees.

This Papa John’s is great, our delivery driver was courteous and friendly. The stuffed crust was awesome, much better than the”other guy”, it didn’t bleed out everywhere. You could see the ring of cheese. The cuts weren’t perfect but I understand training new employees so that’s a learning thing. The taste and quality were above board.
