This is the second time I’ve had Papa John’s pizza when the dough was not cooked all the way. The pizza was real doughy and squishy. Service was great, nice people and fast, but maybe too fast. I had already left and got home when I realized the pizza wasn’t cooked done so it was too late to go back.

Great experience. I called 1 day ahead and requested 12 pizzas for a birthday party. They had them ready to go when I showed up the next day with probably the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. I highly reccomend.

Very, very impressed with this establishment. I have ordered from here several times over the past few months and the quality has always been top notch. I ordered from them today and their quality wasn’t quite up to the usual standards. I called and spoke to the manager and not only did they put my name in their book to receive the same pizza for free on my next visit, but they threw in a free dessert as well. Very impressed with not only the staff, but the management as well.

So I placed an online order for delivery shortly after 8pm. 9 pm comes and still no pizza, I call and let it ring but no answer. I check my account and yes, papa John’s charged my account and then just didnt deliver. Nice! This is not the 1st issue I’ve had with this location, but it’s going to be the last. Unbelievable! I was on the screen to order pizza and saw they had gluten free crust. I previously selected large. When I got the pizza it was a small. When I called they did nothing about it. The reason I’m writing this review is because I paid $15 for a pizza that had 5 slices and got a small when I selected large. It did not say or indicate that the pizza comes in one size. $15 for a pizza that has 5 pieces and is super small and they wouldn’t even make me a new pizza when I stated the ordering process on their menu. It was good over all. Just over priced and will take my business somewhere else or off base.
