I placed a large order of 50 pizzas for a church event a few weeks ago and we are definitely going to be using this Papa Johns for any future events!! Devin was extremely helpful in taking my order a few weeks prior to the event. When it came time to pay Jesse and Devin were very nice and gave us a discount since we were ordering such a large amount of pizzas and because they were for a church. Pickup went smoothly and they gave us enough napkins and plates for our meal as well. I can’t recommend Papa Johns enough!

I picked up a large order of 50 pizzas on July 1st around lunch time. Not only were the employees working together as an efficient team but were friendly as well. They kindly loaded the order into my vehicle after many trips. I highly recommend this papa John’s and suggest all those that were working that shift get a raise.

Miguel, Pricilla and Tyler gave the worst customer service I have ever had. Not only did they get my money and a driver tip, they didn’t deliver or refund my order. Pricilla left me on hold and ignored me. Miguel said ” oh well, we can’t help you” Tyler may be eating very well tonight. He got my order and a tip! Very disappointing to see that they just don’t care if people get what they paid for. I didn’t ask for a miracle.

I hate doing this review as I love our local PJs. My last visit wasn’t good. The pizza was not hot as usual and the center was floppy and soggy. Been ordering here 5 years and this experience was the worst.

I chose no contact delivery and in the special notes I wrote please leave at front door. Delivery driver Darrell kept ringing my doorbell and knocking on the door. He repeated this about three times before he left the food on my front patio table. I waited a few minutes for him to leave but he came back to my house, took the food off the patio table, I took it back to the store. When I called the store about it they said they would Resend out the food and give me a coupon for a free pizza. I asked if they were going to send out the food That was already made they said it was going to be the same food. I stated I do not want the old food please remake it. When it arrived I had no coupon and the food was not remade. It was cold.
