Papa Johns is pretty good… HOWEVER… within the last 5-6 years or so it seems as though something changed.. and idk if it’s the cheese or dough.. I can’t quite put my finger on it so to speak, but it seems to be different than it used to be. In the beginning of our Papa Johns Journey you could tell that you were ordering some near gourmet food which made it more acceptable to spend the extra money vs. frozen pizza or other restaurants. Everything had a higher quality taste that it just doesn’t have anymore and the prices didn’t go down to compensate the change. It’s still good for the most part. Waaay better than Little Ceasars or Hungry Howies, but it lacks the love that it used to have.

For those going here as customers: Enjoy your pizza. It’s a good place for inexpensive pizza and the ingredients are excellent. Plus they help homeless people with free pizza if you make a small contribution at purchase. That is worth going there by itself. Wonderful company with a heart for the less fortunate. You can’t beat that in tough times

I set up my order online for pickup. Due to dietary restrictions I requested no cheese which I know is not a common request. A few minutes after submitting the order I received a call from this location confirming if I indeed did not want cheese. It was great to receive this level of customer service. With a simple call this location will now have me a regular return customer.

Amazing customer service tonight! My husband ordered pizza online and when our order came we noticed it was not what we expected…. We needed half cheese for our vegetarian. After calling the store we were told that the order came through without our half and half request. After expressing that is not what we thought we did we were offered a complimentary cheese pizza! I could not believe it! We were even offered delivery… We chose to go and get it! Upon arrival I asked my husband to get some ranch…. Money in hand we were told not to worry about anything! As someone that works in customer service this genuine and kind gesture was not lost on me! Thank you!

Usually pizza delivery is hit or miss. Not in this case. I ordered from Papa John’s last night, the works pizza, parmesan garlic wings and a side salad. Everything was on point, delicious, the hot food was hot, the cold food was cold, the delivery came much sooner than stated. This was a very good experience.
