Was assured by “Anthony” the GM that the jalapenos put on my pizza weren’t rancid and each package is opened “fresh and good for 72 hrs”…I told him to throw out today’s batch because they made my pizza a vomit inducing nightmare. Also was asked condescendingly if I’d ever had papa John’s like having ate there is a qualifier for having more than 2 taste buds or any sense. Thanks for the credit on my next pizza but the phone interaction with the less than charming gm Anthony was enough to be good on ordering from papa for a hot minute.

Always use this location and have never had a problem. A few weeks ago I ordered on line ( which I never do ) and I ordered the exact same thing I always order. They told me the price and it was more than I usually pay by about $2.00.I questioned it and they said it was right. So I figured the price went up. When I picked up my order , the price board said what I normally pay. I again questioned the price and they said it was what was on the ticket. Didn’t feel like fighting about it so I let ride. I will order in person from now on. They also need to hire on line phone operators that you can understand.

Ordered the pizza from Papa John’s through GrubHub because it’s outside of Papa John’s delivery area. Pizza arrived safety sealed got a slice of pizza from box and found a 3-in thick black hair in my pizza baked in to it. I had to break the hair to pull it out. Spoke to the store manager Anthony, he denied having anybody with dark black hair making pizzas asked if the GrubHub delivery driver was a female and I explained to him that the pizza came secured with a safety seal and that the hair was baked into the pizza not on the pizza box. He said next time I should order directly from him and not through GrubHub says his employees are not required to wear hair nets only to wear hats according to the Pima County Health Department. Told me to come pick up a pizza and I said no thank you. Avoid this store instead of handling the problem he made excuses.

I’ve never had this much trouble ordering pizza. The first time the young man didn’t give me the correct change and he returned back when I tried using there service again. This time my pizza was disgusting. Pepperonis on the bottom of my pizza. Our pizzas burnt and falling apart when we picked them up. Sauce dripping from the box as if the driver done flipped my pizza. When I called to file my complaint nothing was assured for me. I will never order from Papa John’s again. They are not professional about thre pizza service and it’s sad. I mean my life depends on pizza such as everyone elses. Oh well back to pizza hut lol

If I could give them Zero stars I would.. Someone had a bright idea to put my pizza in the top oven that wasn’t even on so the only thing that baked was the bottom portion of it.. So I had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes for them to re make it and all I got was a free soda… While standing there watching everyone I noticed the guy who was making the dough go and handle cash and without washing his hands when and stuck his hands back in the dough. And who knows how many times he does that throughout his shift.
