I ordered the UFO Flying Saucer Pizza Special which I upgraded to an Extra Large Original Pepperoni & Green Chiles Pizza and Green Chille Cheesesticks. The order came fast for a Friday night and the food was tasty. The delivery driver was very friendly, but there was no Green Chilles on my Cheesesticks.

I have ordered pizza here before and it’s normally fine but I decided to try the new boneless wings. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER ORDER HERE AGAIN. I ordered 10 boneless garlic wings and 15 spicy lemon pepper wings. What I received was ridiculous. I got a box of oil and 15 garlic wings, and when I say oil I mean like a good inch of oil in the box, they were extremely soggy and gross. On top of that I only got 8 spicy lemon pepper wings and they were the size of croutons, and barley any sauce. So not only did I get a completely incorrect order it was so soggy and gross it was not edible. I spent $20 for it to just be thrown away. I put in a support ticket for a FULL refund. I sat on hold for an extensive amount of time to never speak with the manager even though the option 5 is change/ cancel order or speak with manager. What if I needed to change my order? Y’all would just deliver it and screw your customers over. Absolutely ridiculous, I don’t understand why you have employees who can’t do a basic job. Very disappointing that we can’t even enjoy pizza or wings at home anymore.

This is supposed to be an extra large New York style pizza with eight large foldable slices. I’d like you to look very closely at the picture of this pizza, count how many slices there are. Now notice how all of the pepperoni is off to one side of that half of the pizza. Also kindly notice how it’s not actually cut into equal halves. Also notice how it’s not actually even in a circle. Maybe you guys need to have somebody else making your pizza, someone who actually cares about the product going out your door. I’ve worked for seven pizza companies and I was a part owner of a pizza place in WA. I would never have let this pizza go out the door with a customer not for the price I paid.

The pizza is passable and the delivery is quick enough. I definitely prefer papa John’s to other chains, that is not saying much though. The sides and deserts are fine tasting and the soda is fairly priced. If pizza delivery is your only option, papa John’s is the lesser of the evils and I suppose I reccomend it
