They sent old peppers, so old they were dry. An opened garlic sauce, the wrong packets that you have to pay for.. The entire order was wrong, and when we called the manager asked if they was not what we expected? Really..? ♀️

After sending an incorrect order Papa John’s manager made it correct and replaced the item. The replaced food was good. However I ordered some breadsticks with it and they were awful. Spent $7. I’m not sure what they normally are like but they were very dry, bland, and unappealing. Disappointed.

They aren’t lying when they say better ingredients, better pizza! Papa John’s menu includes pizzas small 10″, medium 12″, large 14″, and extra large 16″! Have you tried the Papadillas? They’ll have you saying, “Mama mia!” And their dessert items are heaven for your sweet tooth!

Consistency, consistency, consistency. This place has it and they are DELICIOUS. I don’t know what has changed in Papa John’s overall because they honestly used to be my least favorite pizza joint. But man, at least this location is super good. Always on time when they say it will be done, very friendly, all of the employees. Never a problem to throw in an extra garlic sauce. Our favorite pizza spot in Roswell!

I’m not a complainer usually but I ordered cheese sticks and only half of the pizza was covered in cheese. They forgot the 2 extra garlic cups I ordered so my wife was pretty upset about that. Also I worked for papa johns and I know they hate to hear this but twice this week I ordered extra cheese and there’s no way there was extra on those pizzas. Pizza is still good but disappointed in the sloppiness and forgetfulness.

Never had a problem with them before however tonight was not ok. I placed an online order spent 35 and waited for it to never show up. An hour later I called the store to which i was told to call the help desk they cant help me. Upon further inspection door dash picked the order up and took to an address by the Coca cola warehouse where there’s nothing there. Supposed to get a call back in 48 hours but they need to figure their stuff out. Door dash driver got another free meal.

I have never been so disgusted in a pizza joint. Employees outside doing push ups then going inside and handling food without washing their hands.. The delivery driver had 2 other people in his car plus his car was very dirty inside. All but 1 employee looked as though they were all spun out. I will never go to Papa John’s again until I see a real change.

10/11/22- I went inside for carry out order and the staff I encountered were great. My pizza was hot and waiting with the extra sauce cups I asked for. The pizza was terrific. I shall be back!
