I order 2 pizzas 2 orders of wings and an order of garlic bread my total came to $78.35 I placed the order for delivery around 8:35pm and didn’t receive my order till 10:00 by the time I received my order the pizzas where cold the garlic bread was burnt and the pizza was wrong I ordered a lager pizza with Alfredo sauce and it came with marinara sauce almost 80 dollars for the order to be cold and wrong! I called they told me they didn’t have a driver and someone from door dash was going to be delivering my order we had waited about 1:30 to have to return the pizza and have then remake it so we just kept it! Guess I won’t be ordering from here again this is just wrong!

Hands down the worst Papa John’s I’ve used. I worked for PJ for ten years in Kansas City, Illinois, and Nevada. I worked side-by-side with Frank Carney many times on the line. I know pizza and I know this place is the most poorly managed and run Papa John’s. The last half dozen times I’ve ordered from them there has ALWAYS been something wrong with my order. I call to inform them and waited on hold for over 20 minutes. The one time I did get ahold of the manager, he told me that I had called in to complain before and that I should take my business elsewhere then. The last time I ordered, after waiting for 2 hours, I pulled the app up to see where the pizza was knowing I wouldn’t get through on the phone, and it said it had been delivered almost an hour prior, i opened my door and my order was just sitting there. No one knocked, rang the bell, or in anyway let me know it was there. Just dropped it and left. So I had a cold, stale, ground pizza that I had the privilege of paying $30+ for. It upsets me because Papa John’s is the only pizza I like to order for delivery, but I don’t feel like I am able because of the past experiences with this PJ and how I’ve been treated. There are many other local pizza joints, may save yourself some time, money, and anxiety and call them instead. Very disappointing and upsetting.

All I can say, is Papa John’s on boulder highway needs to think more about customer service instead of saving money because you just lost on a couple hundred dollars this evening. The time is 11 PM on Friday night. Your Google website says you stopped taking orders at 11:40, why is it that when I go in at 11 PM on the dot your “” manager“ is giving me extreme attitude because I’m asking him questions as to why he’s refusing to take my order when the website clearly states 1140 and he is saying that it happens every night that this is a rule and you guys don’t take any takeout orders after you put the money in the safe. Number one that’s not my problem that you wanted to end your night early and number two. I’m extremely upset because my sick bedridden uncle who doesn’t have an appetite in general, but was craving Papa John’s pizza. And now I have to be the one to tell him that he can no longer have it so now I wonder how many more days to go without eating food, so thank you Papa John’s for being yet another disappointment for my uncle’s life. Call dramatic but you’re more than welcome to come see him and get him unlimited pizza.

Ordered 3 pizzas. 1 was half eaten, 1 was pepperoni, which should have been the works, and the last one was the only correct pizza. This is not the first time my order was wrong. Papa John is the only pizza we ever order, but my family is so not happy.

We ordered two large pizzas (cheese pizza and the philly cheesesteak pizza) and some garlic knots. I was soooo much looking forward to eating Papa Johns pizza ’cause until now I’ve only had good experience with Papa John’s. And then me and my husband made the mistake and ordered our pizzas at this Papa John’s located on Boulder Hwy near Sam’s town. The philly cheesesteak pizza just tasted sour, having very few pieces of steaks on it. And the cheese pizza tasted like NOTHING. The pizza crust of both pizzas had nothing to do with Papa John’s original crust. The crust was almost burnt and not soft. The garlic knots were the only guys that I could enjoy a lil bit as long as they were warm, although they had no taste of garlic, they were just warm bread knots. This is the worst branch of Papa John’s. Shame on you guys, you are ruining the good reputation of Papa John’s.

I’ve had good experiences with Papa John’s in the past, so I decided to stop by and buy two carry-out pizzas. They had a promotion online for 8.99 two-topping pizza, so I thought it was a good deal and bought two. Picked it up with no issues, staff was friendly. However, I am completely disappointed in value of the pizza. The picture below supposed to be a pepperoni-jalapeño pizza. It appears toppings are counted meticulously. I mean, really? Somewhere in the promotion should read “Discounted pizzas come with less toppings” at least so that I am aware of what I’m buying. I hope the amount of toppings is not the same for regular priced pizzas. I felt I was eating bread with sauce and some cheese. Nothing wrong with that, but not when I ordered a pepperoni jalapeno pizza. (The second pizza was almost as bad as this one, the other one was a BBQ one)
