Went into the restaurant to order since we had a coupon from my Real Estate agent for a free cheese pizza with the purchase of another pizza. Friendly young man at the counter and another friendly delivery driver waiting on some food. Manager was quick to honor the free pizza. We got a pepperoni pizza too. We waited about 15 minutes and our pizza were ready. Another employee called out our name and when we went up to the counter, he asked if we needed cheese or peppers, and plates and napkins. We did. We took our pizzas to watch planes at the Reno airport and the pizza was still hot! Great service and very tasty pizza! Great job.

I tried to order by phone and was on the line for about 20 minutes with an older lady who couldn’t get my name,phone number or address correct. I was calling in for delivery at the TA truck stop. About 1.5 miles away. After being hung up on by this lady I decided to just use the App to order. I ordered a Medium extra cheese extra pepperoni and 16 Buffalo wings and I paid with a card. An hour later when my food was delivered I noticed I had a small pepperoni pizza and 11 wings. No Buffalo. I tried calling to get the order corrected but nobody answered. I called the next day and Joseph decided he wants to acuse me of stealing and wanting to scam them because according to them I ordered twice and walked in to pick up an order. I ordered to the truck stop because I am a truck driver if I could’ve picked it up I wouldn’t be ordering for delivery. He claims those wings are Buffalo. There is obviously no Buffalo sauce on that. I was not asking to be completely refunded I was asking to be charged what I got delivered. He hung up on me twice without giving me an explanation of how we will proceed with this charge. Extremely rude and extremely unprofessional.

I placed my order online which was easy and convenient. This was supposed to be an all meat pizza. But as you can see there’s very little meat of anything on the pizza. For $19 I got mostly cheese and about 4 slices of pepperoni. It still taste good hence the 2 stars. But I will probably not be a returning customer.

I’ve ordered from this location twice this December in 2022. Both times I put in a preset time way ahead of time to have the pizzas delivered. Both times my pizza was over an hour and a half late the first time and two and a half hours late the second time. The first time my pizza was delivered the second time I had to get a refund because they fell to meet expectations. Do not order from this place unless you have literally all day to wait for your pizza and expect it to get there cold. If they send your order through doordash don’t expect your pizza at all. Worst Pizza service in Reno and Sparks respectively.

I wish I could be more positive. I ordered a large pepperoni stuffed crust pizza (with pepperoni inside). It is there latest promotion that I was looking forward to. What I got was a large regular pepperoni pizza that was burnt. The complimentary garlic sauce was already opened and had separated because of this. I paid $32 + $5 tip for this. They charged me for the promo. Like I said, I really wanted to give Papa John’s a chance. It was my first time ordering from there. I will not be back.

Pizza arrived in a timely manner. I ordered and paid additional for mushrooms and olives. There were only 11 olive pieces! Mushrooms were OK. I was disappointed in the taste. This was my first experience with Papa John’s. I might not try again!

Papa John’s is just about the best pizza out there. It’s made with great ingredients. It’s fast. And their toppings taste fresh. However this specific location Is a private owned location and because of that they do not honor. Most of the Papa John’s coupons as well as the menu prices. When I Go to any other Papa John’s. I get my normal Pizza. Which has several veggies and double cheese and it cost $14. For a extra large for the same pizza at this location. I discovered. It comes to $42. And that is for a large. They won’t even do it in an extra large. So unfortunately I had to cancel my order. And go to Pizza Hut but for the next time I know. That I need to go to the Papa John’s. In Reno if I want a good deal. I don’t blame the restaurant owner as That pizza shop. Can’t be very profitable. But at the same time when it comes down to it. I’m looking for the best deal. And unfortunately, it’s not here.

Papa John’s always offers a quality product at a fair price. The stores are always clean. Staff is attentive and produces a quality pizza. Pricing is fair, quantities and toppings are ample and the pizza is always piping hot. Great value during the pandemic. Great choice!
