This is the 3rd time I’ve been given wrong order despite always ordering same item & being a loyal customer for more than a year. When I call to complain, no apologies or customer service offered ever. This was my last time giving business to them. Other businesses deserve customers like us over this location because they value their customers. Not this lomita location. Totally disappointed.

Just order an hour ago yes an hour ago after Catherine Castillo decided to argue with me saying that it hadn’t been an hour the driver Jose Guzman decided to leave the pizza somewhere that wasn’t the front door and didn’t let us know. The pizza had been sitting out all this time and instead of being nice apologetic she starts arguing with me. I always order from papa John but this is no way to treat customer! Very disappointed with them today!

What in the actual heck are you guys doing over there how do you mess up chicken nuggets??? Looks like someone put a few dabs on sauce on top a few nuggets and then just shoved them in foil and tossed them in the microwave they were soggy and barely any sauce at all on most the nuggets…. it was the worse experience I’ve had at any pizza chain.

Worst Pizza EVER and $4+tax delivery fee on top of the price, Driver gets NONE of it so have to throw ANOTHER 5bucks or whatever. Not to mention quality of pizza has gradually gone down over the years slowly worse and worse to the point where it has NO taste and the WORST! Even Little Carsars right down the street has BETTER pizza and it’s hot&ready all day/night for just 5 bucks pizza!
