2 small pizzas for delivery shouldn’t cost $41. I swear the prices are ridiculous. On their tracking app, it claimed the pizza had been delivered to my house even though nobody came. Called the shop and they said that the driver will be there shortly. I heard the guy yell “delivery” at my gate. Stop being so lazy and walk over to my door. Swear this is a problem that’s why I only gave them $1 tip.

This place the pizzas are way to expensive. I ordered 2 large pizzas of just cheese and 1 large pizza of pepperoni. And these MFs charged me $61 for those pizzas. I went at 10:20 in the morning because I needed them for my 3 yr old son’s school for his bday party by 10:30am. I ordered by phone and the person that took my order was like in a rush n didnt tell me how much i was goin to pay. I had no other pizza place to go to because they were still closed. I can pay $7 for a large pizza at Little Ceasars and Dominos. But they were still closed. These MFs trying to rob you. Soooo disappointed and I will never buy pizza from there ever again!!!!!!!

Surprised at some of the reviews. I’m a trucker and I door dashed some wings and a medium pizza while waiting to get loaded. It was exactly how I ordered all sauces included. It came in half the time estimated, hot, fresh and tasted good. I called another local pizzeria 1st and they said they don’t deliver to truckers. Too bad some of us actually show appreciation for convience and good service.

I ordered online and specified no cut. They still cut the pizza. We waited another 15-20 minutes for them to remake it and they cut it again! I don’t know why they can’t do their job. I love Papa John’s Pizza but won’t come back to this one.

We love Papa John’s pizza! However, this store refused to come into my gated community and deliver to my doorstep. You’re charging $4.95 for delivery…to my doorstep! I’m so frustrated! Even angrier because then they tried to lie and say the guards didn’t let them in. Are they lying because they aren’t allowed to discriminate on their services based on where I live? I just want my refund.

We ordered a pizza online and when it showed the pizza is ready in the Papa John app my husband went in to pick up the pizza and only to his surprise to find that the pizza was not even in the oven but marked as ready to pick up. All the employees in the store started to lie that the pizza was coming in 2 mins in the meantime they where baking pizzas which where ordered through delivery service. My husband waited nearly 40 mins and returned without pizza.

Papa John’s is always my go to pizza. Recently, every time I order they make a mistake. The most common is putting sausage on a cheese pizza. I’ve had it happen 3 times. We have stopped ordering delivery in case this happens again. It is unfortunate because all of their drivers are extremely nice.
