Found a screw in my pizza. Yes, a screw… it was partially melted but very much metallic and sharp! Luckily I bit into the tip of it so not much damage was done to my mouth/teeth. Called the manager to let them know what I found and to warn them (I wasn’t mad, things happen) and was told that this has happened 2-3 times recently and that they think it’s coming from one of their ingredient vendors. I was speechless I didn’t even know how to respond. I didn’t even get a refund for this and was instead offered a remake or a coupon for a future purchase… Do they really think I have an appetite for another pizza from there after biting into a screw!?!?

Very poor service, when it comes to the delivery end of their service. The food is always good. They nail it every time, I would give them five stars if (A) my money was ever refunded for the one pizza I was charged for but never got, just improved the delivery process.

Fantastic pizza and fantastic delivery service! I use to go to Domino’s And pizzahut…. both hardly putting on any pepperoni even when ordering double. My first try with papa John’s and my pizza was covered with pepperoni and the medium size was super big! I’m now a papa John’s customer for good!!

We ordered 3 extra large pizzas and 3 garlic dippings. Ideally the price should have been ($(21*3)+(0.99*3)=$66+7(tax) and they charged us $82. When we asked for the receipt all that was written on the receipt was total price plus tax. There was no breakdown of individual items. And while i was trying to confirm the price, the cashier was a little rude and I couldn’t debate about it. I felt cheated
