I haven’t tried Papa John’s Pizza in years. A friend mentioned it in passing, so when I had the opportunity, I went ahead and purchased a voucher for a discounted pizza. I really don’t have much to say other than, ordering online, as required, isn’t the easiest thing. The pizza was lacking in quantity, (of ingredients), considering it was a Specialty Pizza. Sadly enough, the flavor that stood out was the green pepper. Where’s the meats? I do have to say that the gentleman who helped me did the best he could with what he had. I have to thank him for that.

Absolutely disappointed. I love papa Johns.. perfect match of affordable and flavorful. Until TODAY!! There was not bottom of the pizza.. the Doug was pulled so far it was nonexistent.. pictures speak for themselves.. I will be calling the store once I make dinner to go with watever it is we just got delivered.. ♀️

So my closest location was too far for delivery I decided to just pick it up.. can’t believe 15 minute drive is not doable for them but anyway I got back home just to realize the pizza was super cold like it had been seating for a while and I’m literally 15 minutes away .. should’ve stick with little caesars lol not even kidding

Horrible service! I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and when I picked it up it was sealed closed. When I got home I realized it was just a cheese pizza. I called and asked to speak to the manager after the girl at the register refused to remake the correct pizza. When I spoke to the manager he never once apologized or said let me make this right for you. He instead argued with me and refused to give his name and said there was nothing he could do because I ordered the wrong pizza and they did not make it wrong.

I have bought Papa Johns every Wednesday for my kids for 2 years now. Delivered by this same location. The quality of the pizza has been getting worse for several months. I’ve complained to management but keep getting product like the one received today. I took photos. The last pic is of the pizza in the trash where it belongs. After being a customer for many years, I’m over it. This is just gross.

Amazing pizza and fast delivery. The food is high quality each and every time I order. The workers are nice and so is the staff. Some of the delivery drivers are pretty young which explains their awkward behavior or lack of customer service skills but that’s okay because they’re still learning. Never really had a bad experience other than a few normal mistakes. Will always order from this place when I have the craving for pizza and wings.

Owner is a cheapskate, won’t give out plates, says they dont carry them. Tells blatant lie when I just bought the day before and got plates. I spend over $50 a week on pizza and he’d rather walk the business over a few paper plates. Nice business model buddy!
