The pizza at papa johns is my favorite when it comes to chain pizza options. I know people don’t like the founder and there are some other reasons I am supposed to hate them, but I dont. They are the only chain pizza restaurant that has anchovies.

Too bad about the vagrants constantly in the neighborhood but that’s just a city issue. Some security in area recently is nice to see. Workers are pretty awesome and always nice. Food quality is pretty decent but dough seems not as fresh towards end of night.

The breadsticks I ordered are burnt so bad my dog won’t even eat it, pizza isn’t bad, pretty pricy though… why can’t we go inside the restaurant to pay? Kind of lame to have to ring the doorbell and wait outside

Customer service was excellent! New Papa Bowl (Italian Meats Trio, to be precise) was much better than expected; would order again. Was not fond of the pepperoni-stuffed crust pepperoni pizza but that is a personal taste thing I think. Spicy Pepperoni Rolls were fantastic, according to the two of us that tried them (with the spicy sauce, of course). The only not-so-great thing was that it wasn’t very hot and that was determined at the time of pick-up, not later. Overall it was a nice experience; much appreciated.

I’m surprised they only have a 3.7. I tried this place three times with three different items and each time it was done right, on time, no issues and the items were as good as you can expect from a chain pizzeria. The employees seem a little gruff but they get the job done pretty well.

We recently decided to try Papa John’s and it’s the best. We love it. Food is always hot and fresh. Delivery is good accurate around time given. I have no complaints my kids like to eat the cheese pizza and chicken poppers. I have tried the works pizza it was very good. Great job to all employees.

It’s been a long time since I have had such bad service at a restaurant. I ordered a pizza with Canadian bacon and pineapple and got a pizza with almost 5 pieces of pineapple on it! Thank goodness I checked it before I left the store. They said it would be another20 minutes so I asked for a refund and to speak with the manager. The manager Nicole came outside cause the store is closed too all customers she was extremely filthy and extremely rude she began to argue with me and when I asked for a corporate number she gave me a bogus number! NEVER GO TO THIS STORE!
