Do not order delivery from here. They apparently use DoorDash to deliver despite the fact that we used their website to order, and my fiance and I had an extremely negative experience with the delivery driver. We did send a complaint to Papa John’s customer service, but we don’t expect anything to come of it since it was technically through DoorDash and not them. However, since we didn’t use the app, we didn’t know the driver’s name, their license plate number or any information to be able to file a complaint through them too. Just save yourself the trouble and don’t do delivery through this store.

Tried their new Papadia (was the cheapest thing on the menu to feed two people) and it was actually fantastic! I always get the Italian sausage (vs the regular sausage – trust me) and extra cheese and pineapple because you can get 3 TOPPINGS! For around $8. Can’t beat it!

They got my order entirely wrong. By the time it was delivered they were closed do I opened a ticket. 3 days later their customer service emails me a very mentally challenged response saying it was my fault they delivered the wrong food and that they have no intention of correcting their mistake. I ordered off of the website, so there is no excuse to get my order wrong. I didn’t waste $40 to not get what I paid for. Management better brace themselves because I will be in direct contact and you will refund my money.

Good pizza! Placed order on line…45-55 minute fix time according to confirmation at end of their busy time… called store to check…only 25 minutes, so double check long wait times!!! Server said that is standard with online ordering…it adds extra time during regular busy times without knowing how busy the store actually is!
