Pizza is consistently good whichever Papa John’s I’ve been too. Didn’t give it a higher rating as I ordered at the counter for carry-out & when paying with my card, there system forced a tip that I didn’t authorize or agree to. Staff was friendly, service with a smile. But I’m against a forced tip. Rated food 4 star as it’s good, but not the best pizza I’ve ever had.

I am a sue chef and rarely rarely go out to eat when I do its pizza and wings I’m always Expecting dry wings Not only did they make my food past the Last call for carry out The wings are tender juicy and literally made me cry The pizza was made super cheesy And perfect. I’m usually driving an hour and a 1/2 just to get some good wings. I’m so happy I stopped by here tonight. Last year the pizza was decent. Now I see that it’s not worth the expensive price anymore. Order almost 70 dollars worth of food and only give you two cheese and peppers packets. No ranch for the wings because they were out and they were also out of pizza sauce apparently. The guy at the front looked at me like I was speaking a different language when I asked for marinara. Last time I get pizza here. Also ordered 3 topping large pizza and they were really stingy with the toppings. never again. GO NEXT DOOR TO THE ROMAN PIZZA Shop INSTEAD, they even gave me a decent size container of pizza sauce free and it seems to be family owned.

We ordered a pizza in the middle of the week, not on a busy night. The delivery was late and the pizza had cooled off. We received an email that included an opportunity to rate our experience. We completed the questions and stated that we wanted the manager to contact us. We did not hear anything. A few days later, the home office contacted us and asked if we had heard from the local store. We said no and that we still wanted to be contacted. A week has gone by and no contact.. it seems like they don’t care. We will not be back
