Do NOT order from this location!! The staff is unprofessional and tries to blame all issues on the customer. Ordered delivery that was supposed to be there in 30 minutes, after 45 I called (note: they never reached out to me even though they knew the pizza was not delivered). They then proceeded to tell me I was lying about not being called by the driver. They never once apologized for any inconvenience, I never received the pizza and had to demand a refund of which they end up keeping the “service fee” – terrible customer experience – STAY AWAY!!!!

I ordered for delivery, I was told the order would take 40 minutes when in fact it took about an hour. We paid over $40 for two pizzas that looked like they had been thrown around. We called the store because this was outrageous. We spoke to the manager, Ethan, he was very responsive, courteous, and was able to resolve our issue swiftly. This delivery was the absolute worse we have ever had with papa johns. The only reason this is getting two stars is because Ethan was able to resolve our issue promptly.

Typically unmotivated, lazy waste. Ordered 5 pizzas. Was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Took 45 minutes in reality. Pizza was excessively overcooked. I’ve visited several Papa John’s locations in 5 different states. This experience was exceeding the worst. Will not be returning to this location.
