Placed an online order and watched the tracking and it said the order was delivered. I called to see why we did not receive our order. The person who answered put the delivery driver on. He said he knocked on the door and the residents said they did not order pizza He had the right address but described the wrong house. He also said he called my number, I never received a call. He said he got a voicemail. I never received a call, no call record. When I asked how they were going to make this right he said he didn’t know. I asked to speak to the manager and I got put on eternal hold. I tried calling with another phone and was also put on hold until the restaurant closed. He clearly did not go to the right house and did not call. Do not order from this restaurant, horrible customer service and no effort to correct a problem. Super disappointed and now I have to chase down my money.

Lazy lying staff. Can’t even deliver my order and make b.s excuses to not deliver my order….I called in to talk to manager and got hung up on……this is garbage. When I asked for manager name and the dri er who wouldn’t deliver my order the manager mumbled so I couldn’t understand her……don’t come here go pizza hut or somethin else this place has gone down the toilet

Ordered 5 large pizzas, all were undercooked, we called to speak to a manager and were left on hold for over 20 minutes. Sad to say we’ll not be ordering from Papa Johns ever again over this.

We ordered take out and when we went into the store to pick up it was crowded with 3 other people because its so small. Regardless the pizza made it from indio to cathedral city and still stayed warm and it tasted fresh.

My boyfriend ordered two pizzas at 8:50pm and the app said delivered at 9:25. It was never delivered. We paid tip in advanced as well as paid for delivery fee. We had to go to the store and tell them this problem. The worker who “delivered” our pizza gave us attitude and said he was there but the gate was closed and tried calling us. He never called us once. They didn’t reimburse us for the delivery fee and tip (which they don’t deserve because we had to carry out our pizzas that night AFTER THE FACT WE PAID FOR DELIVERY) The manager however was super nice, but still did nothing to help us at all in this situation. I do not recommend ordering delivery here. Only carry out.
