Today was a overwhelming day ordered pizza I been trying since 4 pm I tried online and over the phone and three times I had my orders cancelled. Overall the manger was amazing and helping me find a solution. To changing my order. Stacy is such a great manager an asset to Papa John’s. She’s great at calming the situation down and figuring out a solution I’m telling you I’ve had experiences. Where is the managers? Just don’t care and she went over and beyond especially on a day that’s very overwhelming.

I ordered two pizzas one with pepperoni and the other one with 5 different toppings, well I got the pizzas but it seems like they out of toppings because my pizza had very, very few of each topping and I got the pictures to prove it. Never again I will order pizza from this stingy place!!

Ordered pizza online on the app. Papa John’s takes my order and money no problem. Calls me and tells me my order is canceled because I’m out of there jurisdiction yet I’ve gotten pizza delivered to my address before. Delivery driver calls me and tells me he’ll get the pizza to me great customer service to the driver. Then Manager calls me telling me there’s nothing they can do she represented Papa John’s in the worse way possible not fixing her mess up.
