We ordered the special and after getting our orders I was about to buy additional garlic sauce the lady who handed me our pizza told us that we don’t have to since it has one inside already but when we opened the box while driving on the freeway already there was none no garlic sauce or jalapenos so we decided to turn around almost near our place I called to let them know what happened guess what when I went to the store they just handed me one garlic sauce and jalapenos and I told them that I’m gonna buy another one that’s when they handed another one but the lady who handed our orders earlier is like why do I have to get back and get condiments duh you forgot to put it in the box that you even told us that it has it but there is none you wasted my gas just to get back to get my condiments . I’m so .I’m never gonna order on this branch .We even gave a tip even though it’s walk in.

Terrible store. Made an order for my kids school to be delivered at a later time in the day. Got an email saying that the order was being made right at that moment. Called the store and the man (definitely not calling him a gentleman) that answered was very rude. I advised him an error was made and the order was for a later time and his only response was to continue barking “It’s already in the oven” over top of me every time I tried to say anything. Will not ever be ordering from this store again.

Haven’t even got my food yet and have a bad taste in my mouth. I placed an order over the app and the app said that my order was going to take 44-54 min. I though it was a bit excessive since I was pretty much at the location already. So I decided to go inside and ask if it was going to really take that long so instead I can cancel my order. So I can instead go elsewhere. I proceeded inside the papa John’s only to be greeted by two rude people workers. Obviously hating their life there. All I asked since I barely placed the order is if it was really going to take that long so I can possibly go next door to eat. Don’t know why the worker took it as an attack when I asked politely and didn’teven get to finish my question. I would’ve understood why. Instead I got responded in a condescending way. Bad way to talk to a Veteran with a short fuse. Luckily for them I contained myself since I felt pity for them. This place needs to talk to their staff when it comes to respect and should be taught how to actively listen enstead of interrupting my sentence before it ends. This is why we have two ears and even though I’m going deaf in one ear. I have better listening skills then these sad people. Hopefully my food wasn’t spit on. Wasn’t Brenda or Jaime.
