You can’t expect gourmet pizza as it delivers on being fast food. With that being said, this store does delivery incredibly fast. I did a pick up/take out for a large pizza. The manager, Meredith, took care of me, gave me extra seasoning, and prioritized me as I came in the door, so I was out within a few minutes. As I got home to open the box, definitely not likely other extra pepperonis, this one had all the toppings in one area of the pizza, so it looked mostly like a regular cheese pizza. I’m still not disappointed, happy with the experience!

These guys hook it up. They had a lot of staff issues and only one person was making every order. The manager explained to me it would be about 15 minutes as they hadn’t even started my order yet. He ended up throwing some freebies my way for waiting. Hopefully they work out their staffing issues in the near future because the pizza always turns out great from this location, unlike other Papa John’s that I go to in town.

The service is awful. I placed an order a week ago – Friday night – the website said 40 minutes. I waited 40 minutes and left for pickup. The person there said it’ll be 10 more minutes after I arrived. 10 minutes later they told me the pizza wasn’t in the oven yet. 90 minutes (total) I have my 1-topping large. They gave me a “Quality Guarantee” credit they said was good for any pizza. When I tried to use it, they said I was restricted to the original pizza I ordered. I was surprised they even put a credit on my account, honestly. They were willing to tell me anything so I didn’t say exactly what I thought when I was in the store that day. I don’t like being lied to or manipulated – especially from people who (I see) as not even good at their jobs.
