last time i ordered was 12 years ago. I thought i would give it a try so I Ordered the cheese alfredo pizza and they forgot to put the alfredo sauce!! It was literally cheese and crust. What a waste of money, I just paid 11 dollars for a large cheese bread. i now have to make pasta for my boys and give them this as cheese bread.

I have always ordered Papa John’s and never had an issue until tonight. My pizza was delivered with a HUGE ROACH still alive and crawling on top of it. I called them and they said we’re sorry for the inconvenience and I was like what do u mean. Ur sorry for the inconvenience. I don’t want this pizza I want my money back and the manager hung up on me. I tried calling back and they wouldn’t answer. I will be reporting them to the health department. Never again will I order from Papa John’s.

The pizza was good but that was all. At the location in Anaheim on Katella the service was terrible! I got a text saying my pizza was ready, but when I arrived they hadn’t even put it in the oven yet. I then watched them make pizzas ungloved. One employee had false nails and another sat there picking something from under her nails are the food counter waiting to put toppings on the pizza being rolled out. It was just gross!
