My brother ordered here at 1pm online and it said the eta was 30 to 40 minutes. Called at 1:50 and they hung up. Called again at 2 and they said it was on the way. Then called again at 2:20 to cancel because it still wasn’t here and sat on hold for 15 minutes.

Took an hour for the delivery and store is 10 mins away from my house, and then they messed up and gave me completely wrong pizzas. Took another hour to fix their mistake and then the pizza was under cooked. What a joke I can’t believe how horrible the service was.

We love Papa John’s. We recently moved tot he area. We’ve order a few times from this store and every time it was way below par from previous experiences – with the same issues. Cold to lukewarm pizza, very skimpy on the toppings (even more so if you are utilizing one of their specials), and delivery is a little long (sometimes.)
