The delivery driver was very nice and professional. The manager couldn’t of cared less. I did not order a flat bread/cracker crust pizza, yet I received the thinness pizza I’ve ever seen from Papa John’s and it was burnt! The manager sent a new pizza in return for the original mistake. The “New” pizza wasn’t burnt, but was also so thin it might as well been pizza sauce with cheese on a limp cracker. I’ve never been so disappointed with a pizza from this company.

This location doesn’t accept any corp discounts or coupons or suggested pricing issued by the Papa John’s company. When I called the manager to ask him why he said that San Francisco charges 4 % more sales tax. Seems to me that would fall under tax and not the way this store does it by charging $21.99 for the very same pizza made at Papa John’s anywhere else is only $12.99 so double the price is justified by a 4% city tax. Seems to me the math spells it out clearly that they gough their customers. Their food isn’t worth the cost when you can go to a world pizza champion business like Tony’s Napolitano, slice shop or Capo’s for the same price it’s not even a comparison. Sorry to those who work at this location as it’s got to be depressing to always be disappointing customers who call them out for the obvious price gouging.

I ordered delivery I wasn’t feeling good and I just wanted to lay in bed I get my order and it’s all wrong my pizza is not cut right or done right my soda was supposed to be a Mountain Dew and they brought me Pepsi and I will not drink Pepsi I called them up and ask them to please exchange my Pepsi for a Mountain Dew that I would drink they said okay and then did not do it should I call back and of course they are closed and won’t take my call I paid 50 bucks for a convenience that I did not even get I am not happy at all

This Papa John’s truly saved the day. I had placed a pizza order from a different establishment, and they bailed last minute. I frantically called this Papa John’s and they accommodated my large request so QUICKLY and it all arrived with no troubles. Staying at a hotel nearby, given a keycard that had the number for this location on it. Called to place an order and after being on hold for several minutes, was told they don’t deliver to this location. Don’t waste your time. Order from somewhere else.
