I’ve ordered 3 times with the Foithill location. Each time there was a problem with my order. I didn’t complain until this 3rd mess up. The manager was NO help. She basically made excuses for their mistakes, accepting NO responsibility. My orders are never complicated. I ask for extra cheese and I topping. The cheese was non existent all three times, yet they didn’t hesitate to charge me, of course. The inept order filling, and the lack lustre attitude from the manager was disappointing. I will not be ordering from Papa John’s again, and encourage everyone to buy elsewhere. Sad. Not to mention the type of crust I ordered was wrong each time as well. Not cool.

The restaurant was very clean, and the Employee’s were friendly, I was there around 1:30 PM. There was no wait and the food was served promptly. There is no restroom also no tables for eating inside or out. Over all yes I would go back again.

Horrible management and staff. The undercooked pizza with raw meat and unmelted cheese was a joke. I cant believe that this place is still running with its poor management and food quality services! Omg! They made no effort to remake a medium pizza or refund it was incredibly ridiculous and upsetting I will never go back to this papa Johns! Poor experience with this franchise and specific spot! The low reviews are honest. This place needs new professional caring staff and better cooks to meet bare minimum of a responsible pizza establishment.

The most terrible experience, customer service, and quality I’ve ever experienced at a papa John’s today. I will never return to this location, which is 25 minutes out of my way. That’s how much I love papa John’s normally. My order was wrong, there was hardly any cheese on my pizza and my knots were burnt. I called to complain after getting all the way back home and was told I’d need to come back and return the order for a fresh order. That’s “their policy” I was told when I explained how far I had driven and that my family was already hungry. They said there was nothing more they could do. Terrible service. Save your time and money. No wonder all your locations are closing!!

Very bad customer service. Ordered a 2 topping pizza, only came with 1topping. When called and talked to manager, she said I’d have to drive back and return the pizza and they’d remake it. We were too tired and hungry, to do that. Asked for a credit and she said she’d give a10% discount next time, but we won’t be returning.
