They gave us the wrong pizza twice in a row. Second time they gave us very expired pizza sauce to the point that the lid was bulging due to the pressure from being spoiled. It smelled bad and gave my husband a stomachache (he didn’t realize until the first bite that it was rancid). They offered us a refund but today, 9 days later, we still haven’t gotten it. All we’ve received is a call from the district manager saying it’s simply not possible that the sauce is expired because “they make the sauce fresh daily”. I don’t recommend them

Edit:. Simply the worst Papa Johns I’ve been to. I ordered again. They forgot part of my order, the pizza was burnt and the cheese sticks were dry. Chain restaurant food isn’t supposed to be high quality, but this doesn’t even meet the lowest standards.

I picked up pizza here a couple weeks ago and I saw the manager first hand genuinely feel horrible about a mistake made by a driver grabbing the wrong pizza. She did everything she could to make it right. They really are genuine here and care about meeting customer expectations. It’s not lip service. That’s a rare thing. I’ll keep coming back here.

Unfortunately they decided to close early and tried to make me pay a delivery fee for them to delivery it. Thats not what we wanted. Recommend you find somewhere else to get pizza after 9pm.

Forgot my soda with my order and was told I would have to wait 40 minutes for my soda cause they only have 1 driver and it was their mess up. Asked for a refund on the soda but said they couldn’t. Before all this the driver went to don quijote and my address is in aiea the complete opposite way. If you have 1 driver please close and don’t let the customers suffer for you lack of workers and experience. Deleted the app and will never use you guys again.
