Hands down the worst papa John’s pizza I’ve ever had. The regular crust pizza looks like it was haphazardly just tossed in the oven, it barely has any flavor or sauce. I then found out it’s because they put all the sauce on the thin crust, but didn’t even try to spread it out evenly which lead to burnt, unevenly cooked crust. Like, just try and implement a quick quality check, or literally ANYTHING.

Worst Papa John’s on the island. I’ve ordered several times from there. Their driver is more than often late. They forget items we’ve ordered like extra dipping sauce. No matter how many times it happens, the problems never seem to be resolved.

Horrible customer service. They had the door locked after I ordered carry out and let me stand outside for 20 minutes before coming to the door to say or tell me anything. Might I mention it isn’t in the safest location, it was dark, and there were sketchy people walking all around. Wouldn’t have minded waiting as much if they would have come to the door saying it would be a moment.

Second order in a row where they forgot items ordered. No explanation, apology, or refund. Pizza was made incorrectly and came cold after a 1.5 hr wait (they are 5 minutes away). Don’t waste your time and money here.

Watch out when you are ordering pizza and wings online. Store workers will call you back and tell you they don’t have wings and charge you only for the pizza for the same price. When you call in to ask why you are being charged the full price for just the pizza the workers will tell you in their system it’s showing a different amount so they can’t do anything about it. I asked to talk to someone else and morning manager Chad tells me with an attitude that next manager will be in at 1pm and she will tell me the exact same thing. Bunch of crooks over some imaginary wings. Shady business!!!!
