I ordered a pizza on the website for carry out with no issue. My phone was in hand from the time I placed the order until the time that I checked the online tracker which stated that my order was ready for pickup. Drove across town to get my order and was rudely told by the manager Jeff that he cancelled my order because they close at 10. I received no notification telling me any of this although the manager claimed he called me. I had placed my order well before 10 which your website allowed me to do and your tracker stated the order was ready. Either you have a glitch in your system or you just didn’t want to make the order so you chose to cancel it. Regardless that is not my fault. If you don’t want to accept orders past a certain time you need to update your system accordingly, that’s not the customer’s responsibility. I’ve never encountered a restaurant that refuses service to a customer simply because they can’t be bothered to and I cannot imagine in my years of customer service ever treating a customer like that. No reparations or apology of any kind was made to me and the lack of communication and unpleasant attitude that I was given from the moment I walked in was beyond off putting. Definitely a great way to ensure customers never patronize your business again.

I love the food, but why offer no contact delivery if you are going to ring the doorbell incessantly. I have a newborn usually sleeping and I always pick no contact order because sometimes I am holding said baby and can’t get to the door right away. I feel like every time I order they insist on waiting until I open the door. I always double check and I am asking for a no contact delivery each time.

So my wife ordered a ultimate pepperoni pizza and some chicken they charged us 44.38 and we have the driver a 5 for a tip the pizza maby had ten pieces of pepperoni on it and the crust wasn’t stuffed and they put some nasty seasoning on the crust the kids wouldn’t even touch it so I called to have them make it right and the punk nosed little snot of a manager laughed at me and said maby I should call dominoes pizza instead and hung up the phone I will get my money back from corporate office tomarow and I will not ever order from them again never ever again. It’s bad enough that u spend good money at places and when they mess up they won’t even make it right. My advice to anyone that eats hear is please spend ur money at a better place than this one. We feel scammed for Shure.
