Look, it’s fast food pizza. Quality is always as expected. That being said they continue to put door dash on their deliveries without proper instruction. It’s hard to get into my building, if no one supplies you with the proper instructions— I provide papa Johns with the instructions and they don’t provide door dash with them. That’s annoying! I provide them so that I don’t have to again. Do better if you’re going to outsource delivery.

Placed an order on doordash at 9:58. The website indicated that the store took online and to go orders until 10:30. After the first dasher gave up because no one would answer the door, a second dasher messaged me and said the same thing. When I called the store to try and figure out what was going on with my food a young man answered and yelled ” we’re closed, stop calling” and hung up the phone. I called back and asked why they accepted the order on doordash if they weren’t going to make my food. His response, “That’s on doordash SIR.” That’s not how doordash works. I’ve worked in restaurants for many years. You have to click a button that accepts the order or it won’t go through. Very poor customer service.

Visited this store for the first time coming back from Rainer. I haven’t had Papa Johns for awhile now as the store closest to my house is terribly ran and managed. This store on the other hand was a stark contrast to the one by my house. As soon as you walk in, there is a friendly welcome. The ordering and picking up process was seamless. Most importantly, this store has personnel that care about their customers. Not all franchises are created equal. This store was created right. Job well done Auburn store!

Every time we visit Papa John’s it’s up in the air. It’s like playing a game of craps or dice. Roll at your own risk. It seems like they are changing the recipe or something. One day it’s good and you go to the same establishment and order the same thing and it taste funny, I don’t know kinda weird. Very different. I could not eat it.

Stephen the manager went above and beyond to make sure that he corrected our order that took them almost 2hrs to deliver the day before, due to being short staffed. He called me and fixed us a whole new order for free. Was much better this time the pizza was hot and ready. Thank you very much for making sure you corrected our order. We will be ordering again.

I left 4 stars because sometimes the pizza isn’t great and sometimes they forget sauces. But, nights like tonight I am so impressed. Our food was hot, tasted amazing and they remembered our sauces. Great job. Our driver is usual an older gentleman and he is always kind.
