Ordered pizza for carry out and was told 30 minutes… when I got there in 20 minutes to have it fresh out of oven they said it was ready and I thought wow, that’s nice timing. I got home to soggy old pizza which was clearly for someone else who didn’t pick up. Also, $23 per pizza? I’m going out with the family to a restaurant for same price

Best papa johns around I drive 45 min when I want pizza because this place is by far the best!!! I happily pass 5 papa Johns on my way there. This last order they forgot my jalapeños but they were apologetic and real quick in fixing the problem. Love the customer service and fresh food.

I Oder my pizza like always it took almost 2 hours to get and when I call to ask what was going on, because on the tracker it said delivered i al to speak to the manager that was working on 8/29/22 at 4/25 she said the order will be there in 15 more minutes i said it’s been almost two hours her excuse was I don’t have drivers. She said I can remake it but you will have to wait 25 to 35 minutes i said that is to long, i ask for her name and she refuses to give me her name and hangs up on me. I will never order from papa johns again they always use the excuse that they have no driver, why offer delivery if you have no drivers.

Don’t order delivery. Once you order then you’re informed the delivery time. And the delivery fees and tip are paid upfront. We waited an hour and 10 minutes for a cold pizza.
