After an hour past my online delivery estimate, I finally called the store manager to check up on things. The first thing out of his mouth was “we don’t do delivery.” Like dude, you’re a Papa John’s, what do you mean you don’t do delivery? I’ve ordered from this place like 6 times, without any problems before. And that was after charging me $75.

Terrible freaking establishment . First of all I order a large cheese and they tell me 25$!!!! (7$ in literally any other state) then I ask for a medium and they tell me 20.40$ so I’m like ok whatever and order the pizza. They put my name down as a random name and somehow think I’m lying about ordering the pizza. The blonde haired kid was nice, but the kid in the background must be his echo because he wouldn’t stop making little comments in the background, and then when I finally explain the pizza is mine, and they see that it came from my number, the talking head in the back says at least 5 times “his story adds up , his story adds up” “his story adds up huh” …. Like I WAS TRYING TO SOMEHOW GET OVER ON THESE PAPA JOHNS WORKERS. Take your money to a local pizza, the pizza was absolutely TINY and for 20$ I could have got three back home . Would not recommend , 0 stars , give me a refund .

Ordered a well done XL shaq-a-roni with pineapples but I picked up a cold, pepperoni pizza, so cold that the cheese is hard and the crust stale. The tamper sticker was in the wrong spot and garlic sauce was open.

I went into Papa John’s this evening. I had mouth surgery at about a week or so ago and I was craving breadsticks. I couldn’t afford to have a bunch of 12 breadsticks cause I can only eat at tiny amount and I did not want them to dry up! The manager said she had about four garlic knots that I could have because they were extra and then her team came up to the counter and asked if I needed anything? I am new to this area in Everett but what a great team I only had two dollars in my wallet and I left that as a tip because I wasn’t able to use my debit card because I didn’t need the hall portion!

I ordered a pizza to be delivered 4 days ago just before my deadline of no food before surgery. When I received the pizza it was very wrong. All I wanted was stuffed crust pepperoni. I receive pepperoni, sausage, olives & mushrooms. So I called the store & explained. The lady told me she would make a note of it & I can call at a later date to get a free pizzas. I was bummed but I had a couple slices & went to bed. Today I called (4days later) & explained there should be a note somewhere that I get a replacement pizza. I was told no, that’s not how that works. Ok… I’m done here & will share my story anywhere I can. Companies today are so poorly managed it’s ridiculous.
