Wanted pizza and the hut wasn’t delivering so we went with PJs. Our first experience with this location, everything seemed great until the delivery driver arrived. The driver was rude about our gate malfunctioning and mean to my wife about it. Left a poor taste and then we opened her pizza to find a bare crust with bacon and tomato… they forgot to put cheese on it?! I checked our order and nothing eluded to skipping the cheese. My wife wasn’t interested in dealing with the delivery driver again so we called the store and got a credit for a future order. Will update review if future order is better/ worse than this order.

Pizza is really good love the cheese in the crust. The chicken Alfredo which is my daughter favorite dish but not here. She said what is that I am not going to eat that. The philly cheese was good. My daughter said we’re never going there aging. So guess what she wins. My son hasn’t eaten the food yet so can’t wait to see how that goes over lol

I’ve had my issues with this establishment before. Tonight though, they made sure that everything was the way it was supposed to be. The staff was on the ball and attentive. I was at the counter maybe half a minute before being helped. They made sure i had everything I wanted before leaving so I didn’t have to make another stop. Those guys tonight were something else.

Changing my review from 1 star to 3. This Papa John’s location did severely mess up my order last week, with bad undercooked food and something completely different from what I ordered. They did, however, contact me very quickly and offer me a redo of my order. I am glad their customer service is great and they will make it right when something is wrong. Still upset that my order was wrong initially because I didn’t get dinner that night because of it. I am keeping the photos of last week on this review, new photos of this week is at the bottom. Thank you for correcting the mistake Papa John’s 🙂

I love ordering pizza fro this location! They’re customer service is amazing! The sweetheart Sierra helped me with an online mishap where my purchase didn’t fully go through when I ordered online. So I made an order over the phone for their special and she treated me so well over the phone and when I came into the store. The pizza is very yummy as well!

This was our first time coming here ordered ahead, got the Italian papadia. What a joke don’t waste your time or money. There’s one piece of ham (I believe) and maybe three pieces of sausage on either half the bread is dry and it just sucks! Very disappointed…
