The closer really just called to ask us to cancel our order at 9:30 because they already put the food line away! Excuse me? You don’t close for another 30 minutes! He suggested we use DoorDash instead you guys hire the laziest people. The guy who called was mad when we still wanted the food after paying and obviously he wanted us to know by the state of our pizza. Try harder dude.

When we placed our delivery order, it was estimated that it would be 25-35 minutes. Over an hour later, our food arrived. It was cold and they didn’t even have everything we ordered. There are far better places to get pizza delivered from in this area, I’d skip Papa John’s and pick somewhere more reliable, which is literally anywhere, they set a very low bar.

We ordered on the app almost 2 hours ahead of time to be delivered to us at 9pm, in a hotel only a mile away. 9 o’clock came and no pizza. I had to call the store 2 times and they were not sure where their driver was. 9:30 the driver comes walking up the sidewalk and tells me that his Seri took him the wrong the direction and that is why he is 30 minutes late delivering a mile away. So needless to say, our pizza and papadia were basically cold and we were not pleased. When you order from the app almost 2 hours in advance, there should be no reason for a customers order to be late, especially when the store is only a mile away. I wouldn’t recommend using the app for this store and I would not recommend this store given their driver got lost from Seri a mile away.

Sometimes you find a place that’s just ok. It’s not the best but not the worst. This place is actually good.. It’s clean the servers are genuinely nice. They care that your food is fresh and that it is going to taste great. Even with a rush of men and woman they stay on task and get your food done quickly. I’ve seen folks being unkind and talking nonsense and still they keep pushing with kindness. Just my opinion, but they don’t get paid to be yelled at and called names. They are hard working men and woman who are doing thier best to serve and I am very appreciative to those hard workers. Thank you Papa John’s. You hired some amazing workers at this location.. Just my opinion tho..

Completely raw pizza sent to me. Absolutely inedible. As someone who has managed a pizzeria this must be a noob on the pizza oven because it’s impossible to miss a completely raw pizza. It stuck to the paddle and got deformed it was so raw. With so many pizza places it’s likely I’ll never be ordering from here again.

Are you kidding me??? Ordered pizza salad and 2 liter. Driver delivered pizza and Pepsi to wrong address. Just left it on the porch. I walked over and grabbed it. No salad. When she delivered my salad- the plastic popped from the pressure at which point I noticed the expiration date was 2 days ago!

Is this place a scam or an actual business? My order was canceled 30 minutes after I got the confirmation email. I tried to find out what happened and the person at the local store was super unfriendly and just kept telling me I’d get my money back and that I could “contact the help desk” if we don’t like that it’s canceled. I said that we have ordered here many times through the app and it was a weird experience, especially when we already spent 30 minutes thinking dinner was on the way. The person at the local store just told me “you’re not in my system, contact the help desk” in a wooden voice and then hung up. I then spent over 40 minutes trying to speak with someone in customer service. This outside answering service kept answering when I tried to call the local number back; and said the local store itself had canceled it, but they don’t have any information about why, and I shouldn’t worry because if my card was charged I will get my money back. I got no email saying the order was canceled, and it will take 3-5 business days for the $50 refund according to the answering service. This whole experience was so strange and unpleasant and I don’t understand why everyone sounded angry on the Papa John’s end. Also, there is literally no way to give feedback through the app once the store cancels the order, no “help desk” that I could uncover. I finally gave up after the local store hung up on me more than once. I will probably never order from here again. Terribly negative experience with no explanation, for no reason I could find. We try to be generous and tip at least 25% every time. I wasn’t even angry or demanding a refund, I just wanted to understand what happened & to eat dinner. So strange. 🙁 Order was placed 3 hours before it closed…so it couldn’t have been too close to closing. I’ll be deleting the official PJ app for sure.

I made an online order for a pizza. The tracker they had said the pizza would be ready in 89-99 minutes. That news was kind of a bummer but the times being what they are in now, most businesses are short staffed so I thought nothing more of it.
