Today is a great day because I will never have to call someone in India to place an order for a pizza from a location blocks away from my home. What an aggravation, it felt like a time-share scam. When I call to order a pizza I want to order it and hang up, not spend an exorbitant amount of time telling someone I don’t want anything else, but they keep going on and on trying to up-sale me.

Went to pick up my order and watched employees make pizzas WITHOUT GLOVES. I was so grossed out. I thought they wore gloves. This guy was in the cheese and different meats. I didn’t even want my pizza anymore. He was touching everything then wiping his hands on his sides. I’m done. I love their pizza but this is cross contamination at its best. So disgusted. I ordered a single large pizza. Over an hour later, nothing has been delivered, no phone call, no update on my order status. But when I call the store myself, I find out the driver went to the wrong address, canceled my order, never received a call from the driver or store. Manager was very careless about the situation. Very rude service, very upset cause that was dinner for my family and was looked forwards to all day.

Order by phone tonight and it was outsourced to someone in India. I paid by card and when my food showed up the driver wanted cash payment. Called the store to complain and canceled my order. Manager said it showed cash payment on delivery. I went straight to the corporate office to complain. If you must order from Papa John’s here or anywhere becareful and keep an eye on your bank account.

Really awesome delicious food normally, but there’s a problem with their website accepting cards. I tried last nyght and today. Called my bank, they said my card is working. Wanted to use my papa johns $20 dough and they put me on hold for over 15 minutes. Called back pressed the button for a manager it was glitching and never patched me through. Called back and told them to not put me on hold or the system because of the issue that just happened. So what do they do, but put me on the same system that wasn’t working!
