Buyer beware, they use a third party delivery service “doordash” that has little to no accountability. We ordered delivery, an hour later we are handed two wrong pies. Was issued a refund. Returning to Jets as they employ their own drivers.

Ordered at 3pm for 6pm delivery. At 6pm, guy calls me and says they don’t have a delivery driver, and the food is just sitting here. Asks me if I can come get it, I said no because I have two children at home—he said oh well and gave up.

Ordered pizza several months ago. It was left on our doorstep with no doorbell ring, knock, or text. Pizza was cold by the time we found it. OK, fine, called to let them know manager said they had trouble with 3rd party drivers. I get it. They offered a free replacement next time. Great, no problem.

I’m not one to typically write reviews, but this is the second awful experience at this location in the past month. We ended up having to cancel our order after waiting over 1.5 hours and getting the run around on the phone. The manager told me they “handed our pizzas over to DoorDash” with no tracking number or contact information. The order never showed. I had to call Amex to cancel the charges.

Very disappointing! Ordered twice and both times it was dry and over baked. The pizza was so hard I thought I might break a tooth. The BBQ chicken had no chicken on it. So sad as I always loved their pizza. The franchise owner may want to oversee quality control.

Worst Papa John’s I’ve visited. Pizza received was not what was ordered. It also looked like someone had dropped or flung the box. Pizza toppings were all over one side of the pizza, none on the other side. A bunch of young guys working there, standing around on their phones. Never again! By the way, this was during the week of March 30, early evening.

Let me start by saying I love Papa John’s pizza. But, this new location in Nolensville has been ‘behind’ so many times, that I feel like they deserve a poor review. I hope thier local franchise owner reads these reviews, because I am concerned that they are getting a poor reputation in the community. I hope that this is just growing pains, but as for now, I am leaving a low review. Thanks for making great pizza! But get the oerational issues ironed out, please.
