I stopped by for a quick easy dinner at home. Asked for a special i saw online. they said i had to order online to get the deal. I sat down to order online. thinking the deal would be applied. No deal, I asked the gentleman that it was still the same price. He asked if I put in the promo code? No, I don’t have a promo code. Then I found out it is only for the text club. He did give me the discount after all that. Why not do it from the start? 15 min of a waste of my time.

I always order online and pickup so I never have to wait. The food and dough always taste fresh. The staff always greets us and is always friendly. The place always seems clean. Every time I see them working with the food, they always have gloves on and proper cleanliness practices are in place (no hair down, beards covered etc). Only complaint is I think the sizes changed or something because the family sized pizzas are more like a large sized now. Will be calling to clarify. $18 is quite a bit for a such a small pizza compared to past experiences. They used to feed our family of 5 with leftovers but lately they’ve only been feeding 4 of us and we’ve had to get 2

You take it, and you bake it. Because you are cooking your own food (of which I truly enjoy), this 5 star goes out to all the workers with great attitudes. Everyone is extremely helpful, and I get the right pizza I ordered. They work quickly to get you out the door to fire up your oven to fill the air of your home with sweet smells of pizza.

The concept of a take and bake pizza was new to me. Manager Tommy couldn’t have been any friendlier. I was immediately greeted by him upon coming through the door. He immediately turned my skepticism into being one of the biggest fans of Papa Murphy’s. Tommy took the time to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. The business was spotless from the top down. Very clean and following all covid protocols to keep the customer safe. Tommy not only spoke with professionalism and care to the customer but also with his employees. It was truly refreshing to see his professionalism. Retain and Promote. 5 stars!

Used to have an issue taking online orders – the site was taking the order but not notifying the folks in the restaurant (not their fault, it was a problem with the web app) but this seems to have been fixed. When I got there they were able to find the order and whip out two large pizzas in less than five minutes!
