The pizza was great. Service was super fast. I had called in on Fri night they had a 7$ special, lg pizza and although it was busy it was timely and the pizzas were awesome. (Other than we Had to cook it nearly twice as long as instructions recommended). 5 Stars!

This is MY Papa Murphy’s store – usually. I’ve been going here for years now and have always had great, FRIENDLY service – until this past Sunday. No “welcome to Papa Murphy’s”, no smile, no “how can I help you” – no nothing from either of the employees out front. If I hadn’t been hankering for pizza – I would have walked out. It was certainly tempting to warn the other folks entering as I left. Something needs to be done with those two!

Fast and tasty! Our family favorite is the Garlic Chicken pizza. We order pizza at least twice per month from this location since it’s close to home. I’ve always been able to walk-in, place an order and have it in my hands within 5-8 minutes. Everyone is professional and very friendly!

It’s one thing to advertise an old price and not update the signs. Honor the price, move on. Do NOT make your customer feel like they are wrong for pointing it out and don’t tell them “We’ll give it to you this time, but just know for next time.” I’ve been getting great pizza from this store for years. That is over. The girl at the register didn’t know what to do, that’s on her trainer. At oleas she was nice. However, Deborah, who came out was abrasive rude to me when I pointed out that the price was literally on the building as we speak. So turned off. I’m going to have to go to another store. Too bad. I’m one of the hardest guys to piss off. I told her I’d speak to the manager and she ended with “Go ahead, I’m gonna tag her as soon as your out of the store.” Floored.

The new manager is arrogant and rude. Although I absolutely love papa muphys pizza, I have made my last trip to this store. When they messed up my pizza and I returned it I was not compensatedin any way. Not even an apology. When I said somethingthe next time I came in allshe wanted to know was what was wrong with the 2nd pizza her only response was rude and snottyand she walked away. I buy a pizze there once a week since they opened. I will now go to another locationuntil she is gone. She has no idea how to deal with people professionally. Rude and inconsideratedoes not bring people back. At 18 dollars a pizza that you have to cook yourself should be sold as an experience not a bitchy attitude by some one thinks we owe them something for coming in there. Hopd to never see you again.
