Ordered the NY style. Followed the baking instructions to the letter. Most of the pie was mushy and uncooked after the max recommended cook time of 18 minutes. Couldn’t get it off the baking tray without tearing it. Disgusting. Will never order from this location again.

Been to a lot of Papa Murphys over the years. This is the first not to measure topping portions. The pizza was assembled with most ingredients piled in the middle. Almost half the pepperoni normally granted.

Picked up a family size pepperoni pizza and it only had 11 pieces of pepperoni on it. Unfortunately we didn’t notice until we got home. I called the store and spoke with Alexandra who said they would refund my card. It’s been two weeks and still no refund. I called the store again and was told that Ethan the manager would need to refund but the girl on the phone didn’t know when he would be in “because he comes in whenever he wants and we don’t know when he’ll be here”. I can’t believe people run their businesses like this. Make sure you double check your pizza prior to leaving because trying to get anything done after the fact at this location is a disaster.

If I could give a 0 star I probably would have. We placed an order at 2:30 in the afternoon to be picked up at 5pm. We arrived for our pizzas at 5pm. They were assisting one customer ahead of us. We find out they hadn’t even started our order. Then multiple people came in after us and they had come and gone. They made their pizzas prior to our online order. We waited 45 minutes to get out the door when we had an online order made hours ahead of pickup time. There were only 3 people there at the time, one who was actually making pizzas and the other 2 who seemed to be useless.
