We just picked up our order placed online. We are in town to visit family who have never had Papa Murphy’s and we want to introduce them to it! I was a little nervous about possibly having to deal with Ms Grumpy after reading the reviews, however, we were greeted pleasantly by a young blonde woman. She was very nice and our pizza was ready on time. I bet we were in and out of the store in under 15 seconds. We will be back next time we are in town!

We love Papa Murphy’s pizza but wish we had another location to choose from in the area. The older lady that always works here is beyond rude. I felt like I was on her nerves for just walking through the door. She didn’t have a couple items I had ordered online and didn’t even attempt to apologize or make up for it and was in fact very annoyed when I asked for an alternative. I seriously have never had such poor customer service repeatedly (this is our 3rd time picking up from this location). There was a younger guy there once and he was a breath of fresh air in an otherwise tense atmosphere. God bless him. And for all the reviewers saying the same thing, but trying to make it about race, it’s not. I’m white, she is white and I’ve gotten horrible treatment every time I go in. I wouldn’t keep going back if my kids didn’t love it so much and there are no other options close to Hampton.

We stopped by on our way home because we love the quality of food but the old.lady there is horrible! Every time we stop by she is there and is curt and abrupt. Today she said she was the only one there and it would be longer then an hour to get our food. She then said she had two orders ahead of us to take care of. I’m sorry but it shouldn’t take an hour to make 2 orders for take and bake pizza! It feels like we annoy her just by ordering food. To bad there isnt another location since this one is over 2 hours from home so we only go to it when we are up this way.

My family visited for the first time to allow our 3 children to get their own pizza made only to find out they just wrap the pizza and carry out with no bag or box to secure them in. I was glad I did wait for my husband to get home from work to take the kids otherwise I would have had to walk my children to the car and leave them while I ran back in the store to get our pizzas.

Excellent pizza and stellar customer service! We ordered a half-vegetarian, half-meat pizza. The sauce was accidentally on the wrong side of the pizza and we didn’t discover it until after we took it home and baked it. We called the store just to let them know (not mad at all – food service is hard and mistakes happen!!). Not only did they make us a new, correct pizza but they also gave us cookie dough to try.
