I placed an online order here for two pizzas on July 15. The manager called and stated they didn’t have dairy-free pizzas and that she didn’t know how to do a partial refund. I asked her to refund the order so I could place a new one without any dairy-free pizzas. She agreed and we picked up the second order. Four days have passed, and both transactions were charged and processed to my credit card with no refund. I called the store again today and was told the manager Marie will not be in until Friday, no one else can give refunds, and that she made no notes in regards to this order needing one. The Papa Murphy’s customer service live chat is broken and has no live agents, and both the customer service line and corporate line go straight to a brand ambassador voicemail and “Pamela at reception”‘s voicemail. I am actually laughing in disbelief at how impossible it is to be refunded for an order that was never even made.

From my experience they are pathetic. Unless you order in the store it seems to be impossible to get a correct order. I ordered over the phone a family size and received large. I ordered over the phone ground beef on pizza and received none. I ordered online and they did not notice my order until I called in and spoke to the manager, and it happened on multiple occasions. Once I tried to order over the phone and the representative would not let me speak. She would not let me make changes to the pizza by interrupting me after each word I tried to say, so I ended up asking for a manager to be able to place my order. 3 out of 5 times my order was screwed up, if it was not placed personally in the store or through the manager. I’m not going to buy pizza there any more for the sake of my sanity.

Their Pizza is EXPENSIVE, but good! The problem I have is with the management and employees. I’ve been there 3 times in the past month to “try” to get a pizza. The first time I got a pizza and they had made it with the wrong crust. The second time I went and it says open at 11am on the door, and on google. However they weren’t open! A employee came to the door and said they open at 12 now. I thought to myself you’d think they would update their hours everywhere before people waste their time and drive across town for nothing. Then today I try again and they don’t have bacon for the pizza I wanted. I literally walked out and went somewhere else for food. This place can be good, but man they are dropping the ball hard lately! I really hope they get these issues sorted out. Not having bacon isn’t the end of the world. It’s just annoying that I keep trying to buy pizza here and there’s always a issue with something. As of now I might just start ordering pizza from somewhere else for a few months. I’m sure I’m not the only customer they’re losing for these issues either. I’d like to give them 2.5 stars, but sadly I can only choose between 2 or 3 stars.

I ordered meatballs which are advertised as 10 meatballs and marinara. When I picked the order up it was in a bag and I did not look at it until I got home. There were only 8 meatballs in the tray. At $11 an order that is an expensive mistake.

Went in for two family size pizzas like in the past on $10.00 Tuesday. Of course,,what was I thinking?!? No such thing anymore. Will go back to getting my pizzas from Lance’s in Stewart County. Same price and already cooked and better.

I like buying pizzas here. Yes you have to take it home and bake it. But you can freeze it for up to 3 months (I think). The cinnamon wheel is really good and their pizza cutters are awesome. And Tuesdays all large pizzas are $10 and all family size is $13

The staff here is top notch. Super friendly, professional and good energy. The ingredients are fresh and the pizza’s always turn out incredible. I use a pellet grill to cook mine by following the instructions found on Papa Murphy’s website. The best way to cook them in my opinion! (Tastes like it was baked in a wood fired oven)
