They were out of salad on a Sunday. I did an online order for a later time in the day for 1:00 and I did the order at 12:00. I was expecting to pick the pizza up at 1:00. I got a notification at 12:15 that I needed to pick up my pizza. When I got there my pizza was sitting out on a rack in the waiting room and not in a refrigerator. So it was done before 1:00. Then having to drive home with uncooked toppings and meat and cheese risks getting bad bacteria. Food should not sit out longer than 10 minutes, especially with meat. If someone does a call in order or an online order for a specific time I don’t feel that it’s safe to have food sitting out at room temperature for 30 minutes!!! When I called and spoke to the girl who made the pizza I asked her the same thing she said next time I need to just come in and order it in person so that I can watch my pizza being made.?? Well that defeats the purpose of an online pre-order and easy/quick pickup.

So thankful for awesome employees! I stopped in and ordered a pizza. I told them I had kids in the car, so I’ll come back in in a couple minutes to grab it. They brought it out to my car instead! It’s those simple things that can make a tired mom’s day!

Papa Murphy’s in spring Hill is a great dinner for families especially with little ones! They offer great deals on family size pizzas and even have mini pizzas for the kids to make themselves. The service is always friendly and sincere. They try to go above and beyond to ensure customers get out without having to wait a long time. They take the time to treat their guests kindly and engage in conversation.

Papa Murphy’s is a personal favorite of my family’s, and is on par or above with other pizza restaurants around the area. Papa Has a wide variety of options, from gluten-free, to vegetarian, to meat-lover’s, there’s something for everyone. The only drawback is that they’re (as the name suggests), take and bake. You order a pizza, wait for it, take it home, and cook it. While this certainly guarantees freshness, it prevents Papa Murphy’s from being a quick option. Overall a great addition to Spring Hill, with friendly staff and great food!

I swear, I’ve been in twice and these people were stoned both times. Don’t acknowledge you when you come in as in I have to get their attention first in order to a place an order. Takes forever because they move very very slooooooooow. Doesn’t help that one employee was sitting on the floor resting his head against the wall the entire time I was in the store. I’m not making this up, unbelievable!
