The food was ok nothing to write home about. And service well pretty much the same. Was the only person in there and 2 of the girls couldn’t stop talking in the back to do their jobs. The cashier started until another customer came in. Some times you get what you pay for.

It used to be so consistent and great..the pizza used to look like it was made by someone who knew what they were doing .. but the people who work there now just ball up all the ingredients in the middle and don’t bother taking the time to roll the dough right…the last few times we bought it from here we had to unroll it ourselves to spread the ingredients correctly, then try to roll it back again, what’s the point of buying it if we’re practically making it ourselves lol…so sad

Gotta love calling to verify hours as like many other businesses they are on temp hours. Confirmed they close at 7pm and showed up at 6:35pm and get told they stop taking orders at 6:30 and they are closing up… I specifically called because I was running to the grocery up the street to grab a few things and had they mentioned it I could have easily stopped there first. If I was a phone order I’d understand cutting off orders at 6:30 but a walk in? Ridiculous, I walked out and they started turning off all the lights. I’m almost certain they just wanted to close early vs running a business. I really hope the young folks working there learn a bit more about retail and food service. I just went back to the store and got a cheaper pizza since clearly they didn’t want to do their job

We ordered our usual Family size Chicago stuffed pizza and they handed us a medium pizza on a large pan. The newer guy working argued the size with me and actually told us to stretch the pizza before baking. He said he could not refund the order and we left the pizza. I was shocked at how he insisted that was a large pizza.

I unfortunately just had the worst service here. We went in an hour before they closed and staff acted as if it was a huge inconvenience to make us a fresh pizza and instead offered us one that was premade. They were in the middle of putting ingredients away for the night. I’m typically not one to complain or leave bad reviews, but this was really bad.

They were about to close up yet the employee was friendly. 1st time trying them. Kinda pricey considering you gotta cook it yourself. Sauce was bland. Too much cheese. Dough was not great. I do appreciate the customer service though.

My first time visiting this Papa Murpheys and I had a great experience. The cashier I spoke with named Chase was extremely kind and helpful. He was more than willing to answer all of my questions and help make treats that were out of stock, all with a very friendly smile and attitude. I’ve been to many other Papa Murpheys before, and this was definitely the best service I’ve ever received!

I called at 6:26pm to order a cheese pizza. The person who answered, let me know that they weren’t taking any more orders due to closing at 7:00pm. It disappointed me because it’s not like I wanted an extravagant order. I just wanted to order a cheese for my sons and didn’t think that would be an issue.
