I have Never been to a Papa Murphy’s so I when I walked in I didn’t know they didn’t bake the pizza. The customer service person failed to inform me of that as well when I ordered. Imagine my surprise when I went to pick it up and it’s an uncooked pizza after having already payed for it!!! You should not assume every customer knows you only sell uncooked pizza! You should tell people that when they order and not assume they already know. If I wanted to bake it my self I could have saved time and money and gotten a frozen pizza at Walmart after all you use thawed out crust and sprinkle on ingredients same as Walmart only theirs only cost 6.99 instead of 20! My biggest complaint is your failure to inform walk in customers that they are buying a raw pizza!!!

Great way to enjoy a delicious pizza/movie at home with a fresh baked pizza! Their thin crust is incredible, and their topping selection is awesome. Papa Murphy’s offers so many creative combinations, we’ve never felt the need to custom top, but you can! Staff is always great. Fast and courteous at pick-up. Love this place!

Ordered a couple of pies, and was surprised at how skimpy the toppings were. In the the past Papa Murphy’s offered pretty good value for the money. In particular I tried the new BLT pizza…not much bacon. Also instead of the thin crust it was supposed to be made with, they recommended a regular crust. Not a good idea. Hope they get back to form.
