I absolutely love their fresh made pizzas, easy to bake always consistent quality and extremely delicious. The staff is courteous, kind and always professional. They serve with a smile and offer baking tips and advice. Service is always quick as well and the specialty pizzas are always a hit with the family. Honestly if the option for zero stars was available they would have a zero star rating from me. Twice in a row they have screwed up orders. First order it took them 5 tries to get the right pizza delivered to me. They were rude and blamed me for the order mishap. The second and most recent was tonight. My girlfriend order a pizza online. They charged her for three pizzas. After about 30 minutes of having to talk to them about fixing their mistake we finally got a refund for the 2, but then apparently it takes almost an hour to make a single pizza. If your planning on eating in Cedar Falls I wouldn’t rely on Papa Murphy’s

I ordered a family size chicago pizza… Everything was fairly normal UNTIL my cashier sent in my pizza assembler. Emily was visibly upset & obviously angry. She started slamming my pizza together pushing old ingredients out of the way off the filthy food covered counter. I wondered how they could claim ” gluten free” pizzas with so much cross-contamination. She picked up old cheese off of the counter and tossed it into the pizza sauce which would not work for a dairy-free person and certainly was not sanitary to begin with. She carelessly threw my toppings onto the pizza haphazardly & erratically. I wanted to run out of there to avoid this horrid experience… She finished my “Angry Pizza”, and when I cooked it and cut into it, many of the slices did not have meat & the pizza was extremely dry!!! I will not be back for more “Emily’s Bad Attitude” pizza… what a waste of money & time!

Wish I could add a picture here. Our loading area is a mess with pizza crust, gloves, napkins, face mask and silverware on the ground. The owner needs to have them be more respectful, responsible and considerate of the businesses around this area and get them to clean up the mess. Please call me, I spoke with the area Manager about this awhile back ago and it still is happening.. I am here Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM till 7 PM.

The food is awesome! The gluten free pizza is fantastic! The staff will accommodate a gluten allergy to the max. I love going there and my kids love the choices they have when we go. The staff is also very nice and it makes a small place seem bigger.
