I am not typically one to write reviews but i’m extremely disappointed in the customer service that was dealt at this establishment tonight. I showed up at 7:42 PM to this location where I was greeted by a sign that says closed when their hours on their door say closed at 8 PM while I was walking in they turned around and told me they aren’t making any pizzas and that they are closed for the night. when I stated your door says 8 PM. they looked at me in disbelief and said once again we are closed. Another lady was in there and stated she has been arguing with them back-and-forth regarding the same issue. Why if they were closed would their front door be unlocked with their lights, turn on proofing pizza crust. The two young boys that were there obviously had no idea what they were doing. Will not be going back.

I love papa Murphy’s. However this one in Spencer is literally the slowest and has the most unhappy employees I’ve ever seen. Really really slow. Unbelievably slow.

Spencer location was absolutely filthy and the food prep area clearly had not been cleaned for hours. There were scatterings of cheese and toppings and all of the lids were open. All of this is compounded by the fact that when I walked in, there were 4 employees standing around doing nothing. 11/10 would not reccomend.

Very friendly staff and very helpful the business was spotless and of course the Chicago stuff pizza was great. Was in town shopping, came down from Minnesota next time we are in town will stop again. Highly recommend this Papa Murphys.

Had the Keto pizza with some dried red pepper on top. Will almost be 2 servings for $12. I feel full, but not bogged down with grease and bread. I’d recommend others consider it.

Grab a pizza here whenever I can. They are great pizzas, staff is pleasant and do a good job. I only wish they were open a bit earlier in the day, too often I’m headed home long before 2:00

I was in on a Tues and I saw the main manager Amanda I think her name is used her hands instead of gloves to handle making pizza’s after handling cash… that’s just gross! Sorry I dont think I would want a pizza from there anymore. I think she needs to get her crew into shape and lead them to success.
