We did arrive as they opened and the young lady working was about as friendly as a rattlesnake! Thought twice about ordering but went ahead and ordered. She acted so put out and remained unfriendly the whole time we were in the store. I sure hope she finds a job she can enjoy soon.

I got the “pan” style pepperoni and it cooked up just fine in my oven. This pizza is absolutely terrible. Ive had better experiences eating digiorno and I paid 13 bucks for this pie. This is not the employee/ managenents fault as I could taste the massive amount of preservatives they stuffed into this horrendous dough and ingredients. If you know anything at all about good pizza do yourself a favor and stay away from this chain. Id take lil caesars over this anyday and I hate little caesars lol. Im dissappointed and ashamed of myself for falling for this awful scam you call pizza.

We’ve always gone here for years, never had a problem. Till now, the customer service there is not good. They messed up my pizza two times in one night and laughed about it. I live across town and I didn’t find it very amusing. I thought I would give them another shot, and they messed it up again. It was storming by the time I got home and I didnt want to drive all the way back so I called and talked to a manager. She said she was sorry and they were going to give me a free family size pizza. Well I called to order that pizza and they said they had no record in their book of messing up my pizza, and again laughing in the background. They told me I must have ordered from devils glen as I told them I live in Davenport why would I go in another town to get pizza. Maybe I should have as they seem to mess up so much. I told them I would contact corporate and wanted all their names. I am appalled at the way this business is being ran. A bunch of young brats who don’t care about customer service!!!!! I WONT BE GOING TO THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!!!!!!!

I was getting dinner tonight and Papa Murphy’s sounded great. Got to the store at 801pm and walked in not knowing that they were actually closed. Was going to leave and figure something else out but Unrica insisted that I place my order anyway. She was super friendly and caring. I found out that she’s the new GM at this location. I see myself visiting this store even more now. Great job to you and your team!!
