Beware, they work on bar time. Thought they closed at 8pm, and it’s 7. (Well, 6:45, actually, I guess. Told when I get to the counter they were closed, although sign still said “OPEN”, and they were still making pizzas for another customer. Got back to the car to realize it was only 6:50. I wanted a pizza to take to my son who was in Children’s Hospital. Won’t return to this location. Go to the one down on Pilgrim rd if you want good service!!!!

Ordered a pizza with pepperoni, sausage, onions, mushrooms and peppers, it was consistently made (I’ve had it before), unfortunately there was hair on my Pizza which was disturbing (once I saw it I remembered no one had on hair nets and the women had long hair). We removed the cheese and vegetables from that section and added more cheese from the house to fill in the gap. The family enjoyed the pizza as we always do, however I couldn’t get past the fact that there was hair on my pizza!! In the future I hope they put on hair nets when preparing my pizza. Next time I will ask to check it before I leave. This would have been at least a 4.5 if that didn’t happen.

The food is always pretty good here! The employees are good at putting together the pizzas and various other foods and packaging them well. If you special request anything, they’re generally happy to help you out and put it on your pizza. The prices for their pizzas are also VERY reasonable! Probably the best priced pizzas you’ll find that aren’t store bought, actually! Service is quick and easy. It’s not the most excellent pizza you’ll ever taste, but all in all it’s very good!

My family and I stopped in to the Menomonee Falls County line road location as a walk-in order for a take home pizza. We had a long day visiting family at the hospital, were looking for a quick meal to take home. Our 7 year old had been stuck inside all day, without much fun and play. We walked into the store and “Tiny Dancer” by Elton John was playing on the radio loudspeaker. The cashier and prepare line employees were courteous, patient, and had smiling faces. We were asked if we were ready to order. Rather than answering we swirled around the store for some dancing/play time. Rather than becoming frustrated, as many fast food chains would, they joined in song and fun from behind the counter until we were ready to proceed with our payment. These employees are kind, great in customer service, and deserve recognition. They did not know the difficult day we had before stepping into the store, and we all left happy. Later on we were also full thanks to the yummy pizza! The woman who wrapped our pizza also took the time to explain that stuffed pizzas have different cooking time than the original. Great store, we will be back.
