Nate and JJ were working. Placed our order on line for pick up in 30 minutes. When arrived there were 8 people waiting and our pizza had not even been starred yet. I waited patiently only to watch the two workers joking around and throwing toppings on pizzas. The place was a complete mess. When the pizza was finally completed about 20 minutes later, I said to JJ they’re goofy around and the store being a complete mess was unacceptable. I said I go to the County Line Road Location occasionally and have never experienced this. JJ’s response was “then why don’t you go there”. That was rude and certainly not how to handle customer service. This store on pilgrim is out of product quite often. Two weeks ago I had a free Rocky Road bar coming and was told they were out. My name was put in a book to pick it up but never got it. I was given a tub of cookie dough 2 weeks later. Still no Rocky road. Ordered a cheesy bread last week to be told they had none. Ordered one yesterday only to be told they didn’t have the one we wanted, but could take a different one. I have contacted different managers about different problems asking to have the owner call me, which has yet to happen. Many things need to be addressed at this store. Product availability, completion of orders accurately, cleanliness and employee attitudes. I realize they are short handed, especially on Tuesdays, but that shouldn’t reflect on the customer. Without customer support, you don’t have a successful business. I hope the owner takes these comments seriously. We have been coming and supporting this store primarily since it opened. Doesn’t look like we will be back anytime soon.

Everyone who was working on this rainy Monday was lovely! We’ve been here a few times since moving to the Falls, and it’s by far the best Murphys location we’ve been to in terms of food, service, and cleanliness. Today, the staff working helped me make a heart shaped pizza for our wedding anniversary – Papa Murphys is my husbands favorite food and he was so happy to be surprised with it!

One star is generous. This place piles up orders from online and never .makes them. I ordered 3 hours ahead and my order was at the bottom of a pile.was told an hour and a half wait. That’s crazy and horrible. Don’t offer specials or online ordering if you can’t handle it. I also couldn’t get a refund was told two days to get a refund. I will never order here again. Absolutely horrible and not the first time. I will have to fight to get my refund I’m sure. Whoever owns this store had better get it together soon.

If you are ok placing an order at 9:20AM on a Tuesday for a 4:45PM pickup, but then not getting your pizza until after 5:30PM (and only getting it that “early” because you waited in a massive line to follow up on the status of your order), then this is the place for you.

Really getting sick of placing our order online, early in the afternoon for evening pickup on Tuesday and it not being ready! We usually place it at least 3 hours before we need it. They won’t making online orders until you actually get to the store and tell them you arrived prioritizing walk-in orders. There has to be a better way for them to handle Tuesdays!

Placed an online order for 1 pizza at 11:15am for pick up at 4pm. Unfortunately, when we got there at 4pm, the pizza wasn’t ready and I joined close to 20 other people waiting for their orders. My 5 yr old and I waited for over 35 minutes before the pizza was ready. Will, the manager, was notably unapologetic throughout the process. Very disappointed with this experience. I feel like they clearly didn’t value my business, not sure we will be back.

Best choice for affordable pizza on $10 Tuesdays. The workers were kind, helpful, and quick being as busy as they were. The place was clean. I suggest going early before 3 pm or you will be waiting for a while.

Third time I’ve ordered at this location and third time my pizzas weren’t at all ready. Not only that but no one was even making any pizzas when I came in. They are in the back. The pizza bar was also extremely messy both times and the dinner rush hadn’t even started yet. Also, why have the option of online ordering if you aren’t going to make any of the pizzas??? This is the location closest to my house but it’s such a waste of time standing there that I’ll find the next closest and go there instead.
