Ordered pizza on line at 11am for a 2:30 pick up. Walked in at 2:40 and my pizza wasn’t done. Asked when it would be done and the smart Alec girl said “don’t know we are out of supplies. I saw at least ten “done” pizzas in the pick up tray and saw they had order times of 1:00 and later! She lied to me and said they were all ordered before mine. I asked for a refund and they got belligerent and started making my pizza. I will NEVER visit a Papa Murphy’s again and if it was my store everyone there “except Tony” would be fired. I have visited this location at least once a week since they opened. NEVER AGAIN! Ever!

Didn’t change gloves like we asked for a dairy free pizza, found cheese on the pizza. Wouldn’t stand behind the product because I found it after leaving the store. Wouldn’t remake it. Ignoring the seriousness of an allergy completely. Never again will I step a foot into that store again. To many other great pizza stores in Sheboygan. Needs new management!!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had an unforeseen circumstance come up that I was unable to pick up my order, instead of being friendly and understanding they were EXTREMELY RUDE about giving me a refund. They were convinced I was affiliated with another one of their stores, because they have “problems” with that other store. I can’t say I would blame the other store for how I was treated by the manager. I will never do business here again. Please don’t respond with a generic, or any response, as I do work in customer service myself, and I know how reviews go. Learn how to have some compassion. Incident’s happen, and you can afford to throw away a damn PIZZA.

My family came down with an illness after eating an artichoke pizza at this location the most recent Sunday. We were miserable with all the symptoms of food poisoning. The crust had a strange bitter taste as well which might have been a factor, as this element was present in the other pizzas. It was undoubtedly caused by this food because my family had been separated due to travel until the night we shared this meal.

Worst location I have ever been to EVER! Both times I ordered pick-up my salad had no dressing, and my pizzas were wrong. If your stuck using this location make sure to check your orders cause the staff is completely incompetent. I made sure to ask him to repeat my order tonight and they still managed to screw the entire thing up again
